Our Return Policy
We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved - our customers, our vendors and to us. If you should have any additional questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.
We do cover return costs and issue a full refund or a replacement for any item that was shipped to you in error or is defective or was damaged in transit.
All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 30 days may be ineligible for a refund.
Please send us back the item in its original packaging and condition with all of the parts.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received (clothing must be new and unworn, movies must be unopened, shoes must be new and unworn, etc.).

Memale may test any product which is returned for being defective when it arrives. If found to be functioning properly and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we will deduct from the refund a customer fee equal to 20% of the product sales price.
Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are issued within 7 days of return delivery at our warehouse.
For security reasons, we do not have access to any of your credit card information. When a refund is issued, the issuer company may take up to one week to process the funds back to your original payment method.
